File Santization Box

The
main Sanitization Chamber is made up of MDF (Medium Density Fibre) Board having
Dimension 38”×15”×15”. The galvanized Iron   
GI) Steel heating chamber is fixed at the backside side of main chamber
with dimension of 14”×12”×14”. It has AC exhaust fan (45-75 W) fixed on the
bottom side which blows the heat coming from heating element (1000 W nichrome
heater rod) placed in front of the fan. The Arduino controller based
temperature control circuitry has been made to regulation of temperature in
sanitizer chamber.

Applications:

Sanitization
of any paper file such as photostat paper, hand written paper, colored paper
with different inks in lesser time. It sanitize not only on the surface of the
file but also inside paper of the file
