Bolt is breaking in an assembly in many projects. It is a compliance problem wherein in an assembly when two different bodies of different material interact then wear & tear in the 2 parts is different. With time damage accumulates and the assembly becomes loose and we end up having loose parts and failures. We need to analyze the assembly at computer level and optimize the design of the assembly.
