New technology for painting to prevent paint fumes spreading in the shop floor

An engineering industry requires new Painting technology requirement for minimal fumes or a Technology for removal of fumes.
The parts are 1200 mm long and weighs around 40 kg. The industrial capacity of painting is 100-200 pieces/parts per day.
There is no provision of hangers / conveyors / rotating table / low pressure paint gun.
There is a provision of stand (with a capacity of 8-10 piece) and a spray
