An industrial unit is engaged in machining of parts as per drawings provided by clients. Sometimes clients specify material in GOST technical standards that are maintained by the Euro-Asian Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (EASC). Industrial unit has to convert GOST standard into equivalent IS standard and thereafter has to procure material from the local market.
