An industrial unit is engaged in making bars for auto industry, tractor industry, agricultural equipment industry etc. These bars have to be passed through carbide dies and before passing through carbide dies there is a portion about 10 inches long that has to be turned & peeled to reduce size. For passing through dies a cart is used that pulls the bar. An innovation is required wherein we do not have to turn or grind 10 inches part of the bar (this will reduce wastage). In Chinese machines there are push pointers but if we plan to make these push pointers in India then cost shoots up. People interested to innovate on this are requested to contact TEC.
