The Gear Production Unit manufactures gears in India and then Exports these gears to abroad through ship.
Although, they utilize oils with Oxidation Inhibitor and Rust Inhibitor as Additives; and also did wrapping of them.

During shipment of these Gears, they got rusted. The Gear Production Unit wish to develop an alternative Technology such that these Gears could be prevented from rusting during the harsh shipment conditions of sea.
