To prevent rusting inside the pipes during electroplating process

An engineering industry do electroplating of their parts. During the electroplating process (Zn, Acid bath) the acid goes inside the hollow pipes. Although the industry follows flushing process (Diesel / Cutting oil / RPO) to remove the acid from the inside of the pipe; but with the passage of time (1-2 weeks) rusting occurs from inside. There is no provision of acid resistant plugs. There is possibility of nano-coating, but it can increase the cost.

The industry seeks innovative solution to prevent rusting from Inside Diameter of the pipes.
