Through interactions with MSMEs, it has been observed that MSMEs are in dire need of affordable Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) so as to increase quality as well as production of their products. MSMEs express overwhelming desire for availability of “Affordable automation solutions” and “Affordable Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)”. Industry in sectors like Sewing machine, Cycle, foundry, machine tools etc need low cost automation solutions. Academia interested to work in this domain is requested to contact TEC for support in this domain.
