A medical orthotics / medical device manufacturer of the region requires joining/gluing of TPU and TPE materials without plastic material. There in non weld-ability of these materials, Ultrasonic welding doesn’t work as it is strength less, Heat Sealing / RF sealing had also failed.

There is a requirement of good gluing material. There is a plastic device/material that can be glued manually but the industry don’t want plastic in the joining process.
