Heat recovery from hot billets
In a typical forging shop, due to some unavoidable reasons, some hot billets are not able to retain their forging temperature of 1100 degrees centigrade on their turn for forging. Therefore, such billets need to be reheated. During transit and storage of such billets, there is wasteful transfer of heat to the environment. Solution is desired to minimize transfer of heat from such billets to the environment through some innovate heat recovery solution.
