Efficiency in Electroplating Process
Problem Description – Electroplating is the process of plating one metal onto another by hydrolysis, most commonly for decorative purposes or to prevent corrosion of a metal. The process requires close control of variables such as Dipping Time, Composition of Electrolytic Solution, and Voltage.
These variables directly impact the look and durability of the coating which further impacts the efficiency and cost of the products.
AIM:-
A) If the small size / low-cost transporters can be developed.
B) Dosing system.
C) Rejection and rework rate can be reduced.
